Fondue Set Shopping Guide

Having a fondue set is one thing, and using it correctly (i.e. according to tradition) is a whole other story! For instance, it's customary to start with dipping the bread before anything else. You also don't want to eat directly from the fondue fork, since you'll be dipping it back in the pot after it has been in your mouth! Dip with the fondue fork, place the morsel on your plate and then use your normal fork to eat. Another tip is to rotate your bite over the pot until the cheese has drizzled off; don't pull a string of cheese across the table and towards your plate.
